The Status of Tawhid in the Muslim’s Life

With Tawheed the slave can live a true life full of the good-pleasure of Allaah, the Most Merciful, and successfully obtain His generous blessings. But without tauhid the slave will live a life similar to that of beasts of cattle. {They are only like cattle – nay, they are even farther astray from the path}. He who doesn’t have Tawheed is dead even though he walks on earth. The individual who actualizes and perfects his Tawheed is he who will live a real, true life. Allaah, the Sublime and Exalted, says, {Is he who was dead and We gave him life…?} In other words, We gave him life and revived him with eeman and Tawheed.
