In this book Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim gives 21 comparisons that show what the dunya really is, each with an explanation. For example, the dunya is like a vessel of honey that attracts flies: some land on the edge, take what they need and fly off, while others dive in out of greed and drown in it. A small book to reflect on if you want to put the dunya in perspective.
