Aanrader! Dit boek biedt een prachtige en diepgaande uitleg van de prachtige du'a van de profeet Yunus عليه السلام. Elk aspect van deze du'a wordt uitgebreid behandeld: de betekenis van de woorden, de omstandigheden waarin hij deze du'a verrichtte, en de auteur, Ibn Taymiyyah, leert ons hoe wij meer kunnen halen uit smeekbeden. Hij legt alles op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier uit, zoals we van hem gewend zijn. Wat ik fijn vind, is dat het boek zowel in één keer gelezen kan worden als in kleinere delen. Het is geen zware of ingewikkelde tekst, maar toch voel je hoe diepgaand en doordacht de inhoud is. Een prachtig werk dat je echt helpt de waarde en kracht van oprechte du'a beter te begrijpen en te waarderen. Voor iedereen die verdieping zoekt, is dit een absolute aanrader!
